The OptiControl 2.0 is an industrial PC-based Powdercoating line controller that triggers automatic powder spray guns on and off based on part presence. 

This delivers more consistent, higher quality finishes by improving film thickness uniformity across leading and trailing edges, while simultaneously reducing powder consumption and operational costs. Less powder sprayed also means less wear on powder path components and reciprocators
